2015 Wrap up

With much thanksgiving and rejoicing, we were able to spend our holidays this year with friends and family in the States!  What a blessing!  We got to have snow this year too that was right outside our doorstep....much different than observing it from a distance on the mountains in Chile.

Gunner celebrated his first Christmas which was a privilege and joy to be a part of.  Unfortunately, the poor little guy was sick on Christmas Eve and still under the weather on Christmas Day.  He just had a runny nose and was a little out of sorts.  We are happy to report though that he is back to himself.  He  is enjoying the gifts he got this holiday and is growing like a weed!  He turned eight months right before the Christmas festivities.

January is a big month for us as we will be voted on by two churches to begin receiving financial support.  Please pray that God would clearly direct His people in this matter and bring unity regarding the decision.  We praise God for the number of partners He has brought to us to join our work thus far!  What a MIGHTY God we serve!

Brian and I will also be taking a Bible course beginning in January to help our understanding of the Bible and how the New Testament applies to us.  There is another class we are taking remotely.  Please pray that we would be good managers of our time and apply ourselves to get the most out of these courses.  We are excited to learn but also aware that to learn well will take time and effort!

The house addition at Brian's folks continues to move forward.  We give God the glory for getting as far as it has before the snow and cold really started.  What a blessing!  The goal for January is to get insulation in and sheet rock up.  Please pray for safety for Brian and his dad, Gene, as they work and any other that join in!

We have been truly blessed in 2015 with innumerable gifts from the Lord.  We are thankful beyond words for another year we have gotten to live for Christ and are praying this year that God will use us to expand His Kingdom!  We can't wait to see how!
